What personal data we collect

We collect data you give us, data our systems generate as you play, and data we receive from the partners who check identities and process payments. We do not ask for more than the purposes in this policy need.

Account and contact details

When you register we take your name, date of birth, residential address, e-mail address and, if you give one, a telephone number, along with your username and password. We also hold your contact preferences and any limits or exclusions you set.

Identity documents

To confirm your age and identity we may ask for a photograph of an identity document, proof of address, a selfie and proof that a payment method belongs to you. We keep a record of the documents supplied and the outcome of each check. Verification is a condition of the gaming licence we hold, so an account cannot stay open without it.

Transactions and play

We record deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, wagers and game rounds, together with the limits shown in your account. Card and bank details are entered in the cashier and handled by our payment providers; we see only what identifies the method, such as its type and last digits.

Device and usage data

Our systems log your IP address and the approximate location it indicates, device and browser type, log-in times, the pages and games you open, and the messages you send us by live chat or e-mail.

Why we use your personal data

We use your data for the purposes below, and no others:

  • To open, run and protect your account and keep your balance accurate.
  • To confirm that you are 18 or over and that your identity is genuine.
  • To take deposits, pay withdrawals and settle payment disputes.
  • To prevent fraud, collusion, bonus abuse and money laundering.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory duties, including record-keeping and safer gambling rules.
  • To apply the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusions you choose.
  • To answer your questions and look into complaints.
  • To send offers and site news where you have opted in, and to keep the site working properly.

You can stop marketing at any time in your account settings, through the unsubscribe wording in any message, or by writing to support@casinogamdom.co.uk. Service messages about your account, payments and this policy continue, because we need them to run the account.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We share it only where one of the purposes above requires it, as follows.

  • Payment providers and banks receive the details they need to move money in and out of your account.
  • Identity and age verification partners check the details you give us against trusted records.
  • Fraud-prevention and anti-money laundering partners check accounts and payment methods against shared risk data.
  • Game and platform suppliers receive what they need so that game rounds can be played and settled.
  • Technology suppliers host our systems, send our messages and store our records under written contracts that limit what they may do with the data.
  • Regulators, the police, tax authorities and other public bodies receive data where the law requires or permits us to disclose it.
  • Multi-operator self-exclusion schemes you register with receive what they need so that an exclusion applies to your account here as well.

Where a supplier operates outside the United Kingdom, we transfer data only with the safeguards UK law recognises, such as approved contract terms. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, logging and staff training. Please keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data while your account is open and, after it closes, for the period our legal and regulatory duties require. Identity checks, transaction records, play history and the messages between us fall into that group, which is why closing an account does not erase everything.

When a retention period ends we delete the data or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you. Marketing permissions are kept only while they apply; once you opt out, we keep the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again. A self-exclusion is recorded for at least as long as it runs, and for the period afterwards set by the rules that apply to us.

Your rights, cookies and complaints

Under UK data protection law you can make any of the following requests about your personal data.

  1. Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  3. Ask us to delete data we no longer have a reason to keep.
  4. Ask us to pause our use of your data while a question about it is open.
  5. Ask us to send the data you gave us to you, or to another provider, in a usable format.
  6. Object to our use of your data where we rely on a business reason, and opt out of marketing in any event.

Write to support@casinogamdom.co.uk from the address registered on your account, or raise it on live chat and we will pass it on. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that your data is not disclosed to someone else, and we answer within the time limit the law sets. Some rights have limits: we cannot delete records we are required to keep, or stop checks we are obliged to carry out.

Cookies and similar technologies keep you logged in, remember your settings, measure how the site is used and, where you allow it, show offers that suit the games you play. What we set, what each one does and how to change your choices are explained in our Cookie Policy, and you can change your preferences at any time in the cookie settings on the site.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us and we will look into it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator. If we change this policy, the date shown with it tells you when, and we will let you know about material changes through the site or by e-mail.
