General rules for all play
These betting and game rules apply to all play funded from your account with us, whether you are playing from your real-money balance or from a bonus balance. By placing a bet you accept them, together with our terms and conditions and the rules published in the game you are playing.
- One account per person. You may hold one account with us. If we find duplicate or linked accounts, we may close them and hold back play made through them while we carry out our checks.
- Age and identity. Our games are for players aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of account holders, and we may ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- Your balances. Real-money funds and bonus funds are held separately in the cashier, which shows which balance a round is being played from.
- Bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed, recalled or cancelled, whether or not the round has finished displaying on your screen.
- Stakes are taken at the start of a round. The stake leaves your balance when the round begins, and any win is returned to your balance when the round is settled.
- Stakes and currency. Games are offered in the currency and within the minimum and maximum stakes shown in your account and in each game.
Where a specific game sets out a rule of its own, that rule governs how the game plays. These rules govern everything the game's own rules do not cover.
How bets and spins are settled
Every result is produced by the game server, not by the device you are playing on. The reels, cards or animations you see are a presentation of a result that has already been generated and recorded.
- The outcome recorded on the game server is the result of the round and is final. If the display on your device differs from the server record, the server record stands.
- Each game settles according to the paytable and rules published in its own help screens, including how winning lines, features and free rounds pay.
- Autoplay and quick-spin settings do not change the odds. Each round placed through them is a separate bet settled on its own result.
- A round that has not been completed stays open until it is finished, settled or expires in line with the rules of that game.
- Wins are calculated to the rounding used in the cashier, and the balance shown there is the record of what has been credited.
Return to player
Every game carries a theoretical return-to-player figure in its information screen. It describes the expected return over a very large number of rounds, not what any single session will pay. Results in a short session can sit a long way above or below that figure.
Our record of play
We keep a record of each round placed through your account, including the stake, the result and the time of settlement. Your account history shows the same information and you can look over it at any time.
| What you are looking for | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Paytable and winning combinations | The game's help or information screen |
| Return-to-player figure | The game's information screen |
| Minimum and maximum stake | The stake selector in the game and the limits shown in your account |
| Rules for a live table | The help panel on that table |
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, the game server or the connection between them does not work as intended, the affected round or rounds are void and we put the position back to where it stood before the fault.
- Voided rounds. Where a round is voided, the stake is returned to the balance it was taken from and any amount credited in error is removed.
- Disconnections. If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the game server holds the position. When you reopen the game it either resumes from where it stopped or settles on the result already recorded.
- Unfinished rounds. An interrupted round is kept open for the period set out in the game's rules. After that it is settled or voided, and the outcome appears in your account history.
- Display errors. A balance, win or jackpot figure shown in error does not create a right to be paid it. Settlement follows the server record.
- Repeated faults. We may take a game out of the lobby while a fault is looked into, and suspend play on it in the meantime.
Bonus play
Bonus funds, free rounds and other promotional credit are governed by the terms of the promotion they came from, in addition to these rules. Those terms are shown with the offer and in the promotions area of your account.
- Maximum stake. While a wagering requirement is running, a maximum stake per round applies. Rounds placed above it may be voided and any winnings from them removed.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some do not contribute at all. The rates and exclusions are set out in the bonus terms.
- Which balance is used. The cashier shows whether a round is funded from real money or from bonus funds, and the order in which the two are used.
- Forfeiting a bonus. You can give up an active bonus in the cashier. This removes the bonus funds and anything won from them, and leaves your real-money balance available.
- Play that works against the offer. Low-risk patterns, covering both sides of a bet, or playing only to clear a requirement may lead to the bonus and its winnings being withdrawn.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the posted rules of that table. The help panel on each table sets out the bets available, the payouts and how the game handles unusual situations.
- Betting time. Bets must be confirmed before betting time closes. A bet that does not reach the table in time is not accepted and the stake is returned.
- Dealer decisions. The dealer's calls at the table, made in line with the table rules, decide the round. Where a dealer makes an error, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
- Placed chips. Once betting closes, chips on the layout cannot be moved or taken back.
- Table limits. Minimum and maximum stakes, including any limits on side bets, are shown on the table before you take a seat.
- Stream problems. If the video stops but the round continues on the server, the round is settled on the recorded result. If the table itself fails, the round is void and stakes are returned.
If you disagree with how a round was settled
If a round does not look right to you, contact us and we will check it against the server record.
- Note the game name, the date and time of the round, the stake and the round or game reference shown in your account history.
- Send those details to support@casinogamdom.co.uk, or raise them through the live chat on the site.
- We check the round against the game server record and the logs held by the provider of the game.
- We come back to you with what the record shows and, where a round was settled incorrectly, we correct your balance.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can take the matter further under our complaints procedure, which explains the stages a complaint goes through and the alternative dispute resolution service open to you once we have given our final response.
