Acceptance of these terms and how we change them
By registering an account, making a deposit or playing any game on this site, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If there is anything here you do not understand, please ask our support team before you play.
The agreement between you and us is made up of the following documents, which should be read together.
- These terms and conditions, which cover your account and your use of the site.
- Our privacy policy and our cookie information, which explain how we handle your personal data.
- The specific terms of any bonus or promotion you choose to take part in.
- The rules, paytables and return-to-player information shown inside each game.
- The payment, processing and limit information set out in the cashier.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or in our regulatory obligations, a change to the payment methods we support, or a change to how the site and your account work. Where an update is material, we will tell you before it takes effect by e-mail or by a notice in your account, and we will change the date shown on this page.
If you do not accept an update, you may stop playing, withdraw your remaining balance subject to the checks described below, and close your account. If you continue to use the site after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
Eligibility and your account
Who may open an account
Gambling on this site is for adults only. You may hold an account with us only if all of the following are true.
- You are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are resident in the United Kingdom and may lawfully gamble where you are.
- You are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else.
- You are not currently registered with GamStop, and you have no active self-exclusion or time-out with us.
- You do not use software, proxies or any other method to hide your location.
One account per person
You may hold one account only. Where we identify more than one account belonging to the same person, household, device or payment method, we may close or merge the duplicates, cancel any bonus linked to them and return deposited funds that have not been staked.
Accurate details
The details you give us at registration must be true, complete and your own, and you must keep them up to date in your account settings. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay verification and payments, and may lead us to suspend the account while we look into the matter.
Keeping your login safe
Your username, password and any security codes are personal to you. Do not share them or allow anyone else to play on your account. Activity carried out through your login is treated as your own. If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password and tell us straight away so we can secure it.
Verification of your account
We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify who our players are. Before your first withdrawal, and at other points while your account is open, we will carry out checks on your identity, your age and your address. We may ask for documents such as photographic identification, proof of your address or confirmation that a payment method belongs to you.
Source-of-funds checks
Where we are required to do so, or where activity on an account does not match the information we hold, we will also ask about the source of the funds being deposited. Requests of this kind are a legal obligation on us, not a judgement about you, and the documents you send are handled as described in our privacy policy.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits
You may only deposit using a payment method held in your own name. The methods available to you, the processing times and the minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the cashier, along with any limits you have set yourself. Funds in your account are held for play and are not a deposit account; we do not pay interest on them.
Withdrawals
Where the payment provider allows it, we return funds to the same method you used to deposit. If that is not possible, we will agree an alternative method in your name with you. Withdrawal requests may sit as pending while outstanding checks are completed, and the limits that apply are shown in the cashier and in your account.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, which are shown with the offer and form part of this agreement. Read them before you opt in, as they set out the detail that decides what the offer is worth to you.
| Term | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | How much you need to stake before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. |
| Maximum bet | The largest stake allowed while a bonus or its wagering is active. |
| Expiry | How long you have to use the offer and to complete any wagering. |
| Eligible games | Which games count towards wagering, and how much each contributes. |
Abuse of promotions
Bonuses are offered for ordinary play. We may cancel an offer, remove bonus funds and any winnings from them, or close an account where we find duplicate accounts, group play, stake patterns designed only to clear wagering with little risk, or any other attempt to take an advantage an offer was not intended to give. Deposits that have not been staked are returned in these cases.
Safer gambling, self-exclusion and closing your account
Your account includes tools to help you stay in control: deposit limits, loss and stake limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. Tightening a limit applies as soon as you confirm it; loosening one takes effect only after a cooling-off period. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early, and we will close the account to play for the period you choose.
If gambling is causing you difficulty, free and confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you self-exclude from all online operators licensed in Great Britain in one step. Our support team can also set a limit or a block for you if you would rather not do it yourself.
When an account is closed or suspended
- At your request. Ask in live chat or e-mail support@casinogamdom.co.uk and we will close the account and arrange return of any withdrawable balance.
- Inactivity. Where an account has been dormant for an extended period, we will contact you at your registered e-mail address before closing it and returning the balance.
- Breach of these terms. We may suspend an account while we look into a possible breach, and close it where a breach is confirmed.
- Legal or regulatory reasons. These include incomplete verification, or a requirement placed on us that we cannot meet while the account stays open.
Complaints, liability and governing law
Making a complaint
If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Write to support@casinogamdom.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, with your username and a clear description of what happened and when. We acknowledge complaints promptly, look into them properly and give you a written answer within a reasonable time, explaining the outcome and the reasons for it.
If you are not satisfied
Where our final answer does not resolve the matter, you may take the complaint to an independent dispute resolution service free of charge. We will tell you how to do that in our final answer and will cooperate with the process. Using it does not affect any other legal rights you have.
Our liability
We provide the site with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of faults. We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a game or a bet is affected by an error, we may void the affected bets and return the stakes involved. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. These terms are written in English, and the English version applies if a translation is offered.
